I found an unpaired sock on the floor
I cleaned the house OCDishly and found its wayward partner
Just finished cleaning to realise there was cooking to be done
Finished cooking to realise some laundry was overdue
Finished laundry to find at my door, a courier pick up note
Picked up the courier and bought some tea
Only to dread as I stepped home, there was no milk
Phew!
In a flickering moment of introspection, I wondered who hijacked my day
Till yesterday tis was poetry, back to drudgery today.
